The Opportunity


The Forum invites suitably experienced and qualified individuals to apply for the position of IT Systems and Network (S&N) Administrator. The role will be required to provide an efficient, secure, stable, scalable, and robust IT infrastructure for the Secretariat. The position holder’s accountabilities will be aligned, but not limited to the key responsibilities outlined below:


  • Systems and Network Administration
  • Continuous Business Improvement and Innovation
  • Incident/Security Incident and Problem Management
  • Project Management and continual service management
  • Change Management
  • Administrative and Support Duties


Applicants should have a degree in Computing, networking, cybersecurity, information systems, etc and at least five years’ experience in coordinating and supervising back-office support and user support roles within a medium to large organisation.


Candidates will require demonstrated knowledge & experience in a Networking, Cloud storage, Hyper Converged Infrastructure and Systems, storage and visualization, Information Systems and Information security. Including demonstrated knowledge in network load balancing, Firewalls, email routing and filtering, DNS, etc.


The Benefits


The position carries a competitive and attractive remuneration and benefits package including medical and life insurance, education, and housing allowance. The position is placed at Band 9 Officer level of our salary scale, starting at SDR 28,325 equivalent to FJD 85,522.


Note: Amounts are based on 1 May foreign exchange rate, but your final salary will be dependent on foreign exchange rates at the time of payment.
